Build on Land | The Jennings Property Story
When we first started building on land in the Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania area, we wanted to provide homeowners with something that was expertly built, had a modern farmhouse look, and was move-in ready. Early in that process, we began a project that we call the Jennings Property, a mini subdivision in Spotsylvania, VA.
Progress on the Jennings Property has been going very well. If anyone tells you it is easy to put in a whole neighborhood, they must be from Ironwood Homes. We are so excited about how the Jennings Property is coming along. At Ironwood Homes, we value family 👨👩👧👧 and community. We love it so much that we decided to build a neighborhood where life can happen filled with good times and memories.
The Jennings property is almost complete, with just a couple of builds left. Currently, we are working on a Hemlock model home. It sits on a secluded road within the Jennings Property, and it is a sight to behold. It is a stunning home. Right now, we are in the “roughing-in” phase. Soon, we will move on to the drywall phase, and before you know it, the Hemlock will be move in ready.
The Hemlock comes with an attached garage 🚗 , two levels, and either a finished or unfinished basement, depending on which option you choose. We are always listening to our valued Ironwood Homeowners and endeavor to incorporate ideas and suggestions when possible. One such idea is an area with a place to have your television in the main living room area. You spoke, and we listened. This is just one of the many features you will fall in love with in the Hemlock.
There is something else that you will love about this Hemlock Model 🏡. It’s not that it’s a new model or located on 10 acres of land, which is simply amazing.
