The first step is going to be approved for a construction load. This is different from your conventional financing because you can combine both the purchase of land and the building of the home into one payment. Once you are qualified, we can connect you with an agent to look for land that meets your requirements and budget 💰.
Once you find the land, we will work with you and your lender to write a contract for your model of choice, and then we can submit the paperwork for your permit. Permitting can take up to 3 months, so the sooner we connect you with our agent, the better.
Once the building permit is approved, and in hand, it typically takes us 90-120 days to complete your build 🔨 . When all is said and done, that time will be worth the wait when you get the keys to your brand new Ironwood Home.
