This month we wanted to let you know the inside scoop for what you get to choose with your Ironwood Home! Since the boxwood seems to be the fan favorite, this will be from a boxwood owners perspective!
Once you have been pre-approved and are under contract for your boxwood, you have some homework to do. The first thing you need to do is pick your exterior options. You have three different looks to choose from!
First of all you need to choose if you want the Fairmount, the Knoxville, or the Blue Ridge. Which one are you going with? 😃
Next you can pick your roof color! Black, Weathered Wood or Desert Tan! Choose wisely 😃 
Next, allow us to take you inside. One thing that is important to remember is that Ironwood is not a custom home builder. That being said, we do work with a team of designers who help us to hand craft these houses so that they are move in ready. What we do need you to pick is your ‘style’ of home. If you have seen some of our pictures on Facebook or Instagram, then you know that we are hoping to redefine the term “builder grade”. So when you select a Farmhouse, Tradition or Modern interior, you know that you are going to get an amazing look.
While you won’t be able to pick out every single fixture, tile etc, we do have a couple of other options for you inside. You will want to pick if you want our Darker Grey/ Brown flooring or Warmer Brown color called Provincial. You can also select between 3 different styles of granite!
We don’t want to spoil all of the fun and anticipation for those of you who are gearing up to purchase your very own Boxwood, but hopefully this gives you a little insight to how the process works behind the scenes.
